Welcoming guests and setting the tone for the evening
Introducing the wedding party and newlyweds
Coordinating with vendors, venue staff & photographers
Announcing speeches, meal service, cake cutting, first dance & farewell
Keeping the timeline running smoothly
Wrangling guests gently (so you don’t have to!)
Behind the scenes, I’ll collaborate with your vendors to create a clear running sheet and ensure everything stays on track.

Includes:
Pre-event planning session(s)
Running sheet preparation and vendor coordination
Two hours attendance at your wedding reception
